Individuals may schedule preventive cardiovascular and vascular screening appointments directly at our Ebensburg location.

Screenings are designed for individuals who want proactive evaluation of cardiovascular health, including risk-based testing and wellness screening services.

Appointments are scheduled online in advance and confirmation is required prior to arrival.

We also provide diagnostic ultrasound services for patients with a valid physician order.

This includes:

• Vascular ultrasound studies

• Abdominal ultrasound examinations

• Thyroid ultrasound evaluations

• Other provider-ordered diagnostic testing

Patients must provide a valid order prior to or at the time of service. If you are unsure whether your test qualifies, please contact our office before scheduling.

Our Ebensburg location operates on a structured, appointment-based model to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service.

If your provider does not have onsite imaging capabilities, you may still be eligible to receive diagnostic testing through a physician order at this site.

We work directly from the ordering provider’s instructions to ensure accurate completion of requested imaging studies.

In select cases, organizations or offices that do not have onsite screening capability may coordinate group scheduling at our Ebensburg location.

This option allows employees or participants to be scheduled individually during designated service times.
