Reduce Risk. Control Costs. Protect Your Workforce.

On-site health screenings and workers’ compensation imaging designed to help employers identify risk early, reduce costly claims, and support a healthier, more productive workforce.

At ForgedWell by Spectrum Mobile Imaging, we help employers protect their most valuable asset—their people.

Cost Comparison: Prevention vs. Emergency

Preventive screenings are a simple, low-cost way to identify health risks early. Without early detection, many conditions lead to emergency care, hospitalizations, and long-term treatment—resulting in significantly higher costs for both individuals and employers. Proactive screening helps reduce these avoidable expenses.

Cost Comparison: Prevention vs. Emergency

A simple screening can prevent costly emergency care, lost productivity, and long-term health complications.

Impact of Undetected Health Risks on Workforce

Undiagnosed health conditions don’t just affect individuals—they directly impact workplace performance. Fatigue, cardiovascular strain, and untreated conditions can lead to increased absenteeism, reduced productivity, and higher injury risk. Early detection supports a safer, more reliable workforce.

What We Screen

A person lying on their back while a healthcare professional performs an ultrasound on their neck, using a handheld probe, with the patient wearing a white top and the healthcare provider wearing blue gloves in a medical setting.

Carotid Artery Assessment

  • What it evaluates:
This ultrasound assesses blood flow in the carotid arteries, which supply blood to the brain.

    Why it matters:
Plaque buildup in these arteries can develop silently and increase the risk of stroke. Early detection allows for intervention before symptoms occur.

    What to expect:
A quick, non-invasive scan performed on the neck with no discomfort or downtime.

PVR/ABI (Circulation)

  • What it evaluates:
This test measures blood flow in the legs using blood pressure cuffs and waveforms to assess circulation. It also checks the circulation within the small vessels of the toes which is critical for those who are diabetic or high risk.

    Why it matters:
Reduced circulation may indicate peripheral artery disease (PAD), which is linked to increased risk of heart attack and stroke. Reduced circulation can lead to non-healing wounds and can lead up to amputation.

    What to expect:
Simple, painless testing using cuffs placed on the arms, ankles, feet and toes—completed in just a few minutes.

Aorta (AAA) Assessment

  • What it evaluates:
An ultrasound of the abdominal aorta to check for enlargement or aneurysm. We look for aneurysm, dissection, and blockage.

    Why it matters:
Abdominal aortic aneurysms often have no symptoms but can become life-threatening if they rupture. Screening helps detect issues early.

    What to expect:
A non-invasive abdominal scan performed while lying comfortably, with no recovery time needed. A 4-6 hour fast is recommended for optimal evaluation.

ekg/ecg electrocardiogram

12-Lead EKG/ECG

  • What it evaluates:
This test records the electrical activity of the heart to assess rhythm and overall cardiac function.

    Why it matters:
An EKG can help identify irregular heart rhythms or underlying cardiac concerns that may not present with symptoms.

    What to expect:
Quick, painless test using small electrodes placed on the chest, arms, and legs—completed in minutes.

Built for Business: High-Quality, On-Site Preventive Care

Note that prior to an aorta assessment, a recommended fasting period of 4-6 hours is recommended.

Employees may still take medication with a small glass of water.

This practice promotes more clear ultrasound imaging without any potential interference from gas. Fasting optimizes the visibility of the aorta,.
