At Spectrum Mobile Imaging, we believe access to quality diagnostic and preventive care shouldn’t depend on where you live, where you work, or how far you have to travel.
We bring professional diagnostic ultrasound, workers’ compensation imaging, occupational health services, and cardiovascular wellness screenings directly to physician offices, workplaces, organizations, and communities throughout Central and Western Pennsylvania.
Our goal is simple: make quality care easier to access while making healthcare services more convenient and efficient for the people and organizations we serve.

ForgedWell is our preventive health division, created to bring cardiovascular wellness screenings directly into workplaces, first responder organizations, veteran groups, community organizations, and other high-risk populations.

Our Founder
Lisa Vehovic, Founder
Spectrum Mobile Imaging | ForgedWell
Spectrum Mobile Imaging was founded by Lisa Vehovic, a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Registered Vascular Technologist with more than 20 years of clinical imaging experience.
Throughout her career, Lisa has worked in Level I trauma centers and private practice environments, developing expertise in diagnostic ultrasound, vascular imaging, radiography, and advanced imaging environments.
She founded Spectrum Mobile Imaging with a simple vision:
Bring quality imaging closer to home while helping healthcare providers, employers, and communities access services more efficiently.
ForgedWell grew from that same philosophy.
Recognizing the importance of cardiovascular health—particularly among first responders, high-risk professionals, and other populations where silent vascular disease can go undetected—Lisa developed ForgedWell to bring preventive cardiovascular screenings directly into workplaces and communities.
Rather than asking people to find their way to another healthcare facility, ForgedWell brings the screening to them.
