Our Self-Pay Service Area
At this time, self-pay services are available within approximately a 20–30 mile radius of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania on a limited basis.
This allows us to provide efficient, high-quality care while maintaining availability for our primary service areas.
Ebensburg Service Location (NEW)

Spectrum Mobile Imaging | ForgedWell provides scheduled mobile cardiovascular screening and diagnostic ultrasound services at our Ebensburg location on select Mondays.
This location serves as a dedicated access point for individuals seeking preventive cardiovascular screening and for patients requiring physician-ordered diagnostic ultrasound services.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and availability is limited to designated service days. Updated dates will be posted as they are confirmed.

We are located within Elite Integrative MediSun at 701 W High St, Ebensburg, PA 15931.
Hours are by appointment on designated Mondays.

Individuals may schedule preventive cardiovascular and vascular screening appointments directly at our Ebensburg location.
Screenings are designed for individuals who want proactive evaluation of cardiovascular health, including risk-based testing and wellness screening services.
Appointments are scheduled online in advance and confirmation is required prior to arrival.

We also provide diagnostic ultrasound services for patients with a valid physician order.
This includes:
Vascular ultrasound studies
Abdominal ultrasound examinations
Thyroid ultrasound evaluations
Other provider-ordered diagnostic testing

Patients referred by physician offices may receive diagnostic imaging services at this location when appropriate.
If your provider does not have onsite imaging capabilities, you may still be eligible to receive diagnostic testing through a physician order at this site.
We work directly from the ordering provider’s instructions to ensure accurate completion of requested imaging studies.

In select cases, organizations or offices that do not have onsite screening capability may coordinate group scheduling at our Ebensburg location.
This option allows employees or participants to be scheduled individually during designated service times.

A written order is necessary for diagnostic ultrasound testing. We need a filled-out consent and HIPAA privacy form which you will complete online prior to your testing in the portal.
We need a space large enough to accommodate our equipment near your couch if you choose to lie on your own couch for testing. We also bring a portable table to lie on as an additional option if space allows. We need access to an electrical source to plug in our equipment also.

Testing is performed on select dates and times Monday through Friday. In-home testing is currently unavailable on weekends and holidays.
Testing dates and times will be determined by availability of technologist and are subject to change.

Payment for services are made online through our patient portal before services can be rendered. Spectrum will not bill any insurance providers.

All direct-pay patients will have access to their exam results within the patient portal. The exam results will be posted within the portal after the testing has been officially read by a radiologist.
Patients without email may elect to receive their results through mail.
